This page shows the status of Currencycloud systems. We encourage you to subscribe to alerts to be kept updated on any issues.

Our platform has 99.99% availability, subject to certain exceptions*. Our aim is that our platform won’t be down for more than 52 minutes a year, or to put it another way, a minute a week, tops. Trust us for a reliable platform that protects your revenue and keeps your customers satisfied.

*We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Transaction Platform is available 99.99% of the time during each calendar month (“Availability”). Availability excludes unavailability due to:

a) the Client’s breach of the Terms,
b) scheduled maintenance,
c) service interruptions caused by any third-party service provider,
d) the Client’s failure to pay any fee as required under the Commercial Agreement, or
e) a Beyond Reasonable Control Event (described in our Terms of Use).

Resolved - As a Confirmation of Payee (CoP) Participant NatWest Group have confirmed the issue has been resolved and CoP serviced resumed

Monitoring - As a Confirmation of Payee (CoP) Participant NatWest Group have been experiencing issues with their inbound Business CoP services since 10:00 GMT 25th April.

NatWest Group have confirmed this is being investigated as a priority, further update to follow.

Resolved - Adjustments in how our network partner banks receives international payments in DKK have been upgraded, while further automotive developments are ongoing, due to enhanced controls potential impacts have ceased since Wednesday 23rd April.

Monitoring - Due to recent infrastructure changes across all Danish banks and central systems, there have been some adjustments in how our network partner banks receives international payments in DKK.

We're closely monitoring the situation to minimize any potential impact. As a precaution during this two-week adjustment period, a small number of DKK payments may experience minor delays in processing.

Resolved - The issue with our network partner has been resolved, while some delays in processing were experienced for a subset of PLN payments value dated 15th April. Normal service has been restored, we continue to work with our network partner to mitigate any future such occurrences.

Scheduled - The Currencycloud Production environment will be undergoing scheduled failover on Sunday April 13th at 00:00 UTC.

Access will be unavailable during the failover process. Payments, conversions and transfers will therefore not be able to be created.

During the failover access will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour.

Access will be restored briefly for approximately 30 minutes, before we fail back to our live environment, during this fail back process access will be unavailable again for approximately 1 hour.
